A member of the small Texas town of Hillsboro, Tony found a hobby in exploring the art of barbecue in 2012. Over a couple of years, this part-time hobby slowly evolved into a small business, beginning with selling just a couple of orders to family and friends each week.
In 2018, Tony decided it was time to take it to the next level and purchased the famous red trailer along with its own custom smoker. "Tony's Backyard BBQ" then became official.
Combining traditional BBQ methods with a home-cooked feel, Tony takes the time to ensure every order is cooked to perfection. "Tony's Backyard BBQ" has catered several major events in Hillsboro, quickly gaining exposure as members of the community rave about his food.
