Tony Easterling found a hobby in exploring the art of barbecue in 2013. Over a couple of years, this part-time hobby slowly evolved into a small business, beginning with selling just a few orders to family and friends each week in Hillsboro, Texas.
In 2018, Tony decided it was time to take it to the next level and purchased the infamous red trailer along with its own custom smoker. "Tony's Backyard BBQ" then kicked into full swing.
Combining traditional BBQ methods with a home-cooked feel, Tony takes the time to ensure every order is cooked to perfection. "Tony's Backyard BBQ" has catered several major events in Hillsboro, quickly gaining exposure as members of the community rave about his food.

Set Up Days
Throughout the week, we set up at various locations around Hillsboro to sell our BBQ. Our favorite locations to frequent are Aaron’s, Fleming Lumber, and Brookshire’s. Check out Tony’s Backyard BBQ on Facebook to stay up to date on our location of the day!
Catering
Company parties, graduation parties, or weddings, we cater them all! We have been honored to provide meals for hundreds of events ranging from 10 people to 600 people.
